Freshmen qb is true.
Defense has tons of talent, but commits mental errors and allows the big play. They can stop anyone, but then they have a mental breakdown and someone will give up a big play. This is fixable and certainly does not mean our defense cannot stop anyone.
Moreno is tremendously overrated. We have Scott and a barn full of extremely talented young runners. Stafford is a junior who is just getting his act together. He is no great talent.
You guys got exposed by Alabama.
We may not be as good as UGA this year. Even a dog such as UGA will have his rare day in the sun. Oh, hold it, you won't be in the sun this year. UF will school you and Bama already did.
Coaching? Well our coach has recently won a national championship. Otherwise, I actually kinda think your coach is a decent guy.

Red, after watching the replay I have to agree with you. LSU can beat UGA and I would rather play them again than UF (Better Matchup). The biggest mistake in the game was an INT with 4:45 left in the first half. If we score a TD we are up 3 instead of down 7. We were pounding the ball right at them and threw an INT with no WR's open.

There was nothing wrong with the opening play-call that turn out to be an INT. Lee just stared down Lafell for about 5 seconds making it easy to jump the route. Typically that is a very safe play.

talent not in question, they still cant stop anyone good.
moreno is better than scott, fact. also i never brought scott into the convo as he is clearly not a reason you lost. stafford is the real deal.
yes, we got exposed by bama, but again not a reason you lost to us. shows more coaching weakness, if anything.
like i said, our team is better than yours this year, and what you said does not prove otherwise.
coaching issues did not necessarily address the head coach but more along the line of the co defensive coordinators and their schemes.
this was not an lsu vs. uga challenge. both great programs and lsu has had tremendous success recently. just a factual post so that yall know there are many reason why you should have lost.

You sound more reasonable here. You kinda sounded a bit uppity before.
You want a rational discussion, fine.
Our defense makes lots of stupid mistakes. They have mental breakdowns and can stop anybody, just not for a whole game. We have plenty of talent, so this is something that can be fixed. We don't necessarily need to blow it up and start over again.
I really do think Moreno is overrated. He is a talent, just think he is overrated.
I just am not buying into Stafford.
Your team beat us. If we played earlier in the year, when your oline was in shambles, we would have beaten you. We play later, we may have beaten you. You outplayed us that given day. Since you gave LSU props, I will agree that this year, if we played a series of games, you guys would win more than you lose. If your offensive line comes together with Moreno and you defense, you could be even better than you have been.
As far as many reasons why we lost, I would disagree. It was one. The defense.
How a team with so much talent can play so poorly is amazing. Goes to show you that even on defense you have to play smart.

i am uppity bc there is no reason any lsu fan should be able to say that there is no reason lsu should lose to uga. there are a multitude of reasons, and i presented them.

Moreno and Scott are two entirely different backs. Scott would be like a Deuce McAllister whereas Moreno is more like a Reggie Bush. No comparison there.

Negative. We lost because we can't play defense. If we had a real defensive coordinator, we would be 6-1 and in the National Championship hunt. Instead, we are going to the Cotton Bowl.

Georgia is good, but overrated. With better defensive coaching we beat you easily. Let me rephrase what the other guy said- if Alabama smacked you around in Athens, there's no reason why we shouldn't be able to in Baton Rouge.
You are certainly a better team than us, but it is not because you have better football players. It is because we have no defensive coordinator. That's it. And by the way, you're going to get skull dragged by Florida this weekend.
