I agree 1000%

A lot of posters on here think they can coach b/c
they play Xbox. Those plays that we're called will be
needed in the future. It's good to get them fine tuned
right now against cupcake teams.

Our pass protection was not as bad as some here claim it to be. Needs work but mett had plenty of time when it wasn't an obvious passing down. That is key.

You want to see a bad oline watch Georgia, Florida and USCe.

The point is, theirs isn't that bad either, but ours is clearly better. I thought Murray was going to get killed. We have depth on the oline like no one else. Even bama

So what you are saying is we will it all, and we need to back away from the ledge.

a second sober look always yields better analysis.

I too watched the Bama game. The played close to flawless football, LSU on the other hand made many mistakes and had more penalties. LSU also played an inferior team. I'm just glad we didn't open up with Oregon. We will get better and we should beat Washington, but it's not going to be as easy as most have been reporting in the National press.

I would be willing to bet Washington is at least as good and maybe even better then Michigan.

They bout to get drug.

I will say the only thing that was somewhat disappointing was Montgomery SEEMS to have lost a step, but again, that could be for any number of reasons, Still held his side ok though. I need to see more. We have so much studly depth on the right side it's ridiculous. Conversely, the DTs played better then I would have suspected.

Tbh, the whole dline was straight beast mode the whole first quarter.

I notice the wide open wr too in the Bama vs Michgan game.

If Bama is going to move the fs up for run support as it did against us in the Dome, we can make them pay for it this year. Mett has an arm.

So the two long touchdowns and many blown coverages is now considered "close to flawless football". The breakdowns in QB contain on defense and pressure on their own QB on offense is "close to flawless football". Their supposed Heisman contender RB getting getting 35 yards on 9 carries for a grand total of 3.5 ypc is "close to flawless football.

Post less you Saban nutthugging dimwit.

They were open all game. This is actually magnified by the fact that michigan had no running backs. Saban doesn't use a dime package as far as I know. They are however using more nickle this year because he is worried.

The best D coordinator is in baton rouge son.

i agree. i saw what you saw.
i also realize this is a new offense. we haven't had a decent passing attack in four (FOUR) years.
les had a great game plan and stuck to it.

and, a whole lot of new freshmen on defense.

i'm ok w/ what happened.

i think the problem is that you should not watch and post at the same time if drinking. a solution would be to watch the game drunk, but post sober, or vice versa.

We easily won a game last night that we should have won easily even with the distractions of a freaking hurricane making landfall in the state a few days before the game.

The Washington game should be more normal for the team and a step up in team caliber. Let's just see what happens before we get out our cliff jumping gear once again.

Let's just get the lber's out the way since thats where most the youth is. Barrow and minter are still veterans and in my mind a upgrade to baker and francios, anything is better then hatched. There is an upgrade there.

With the db's, Simon erases one side and loston is played well and had been in the system forever. Reid is Reid. We have leadership and studs at every level. Mills I thought covered very well for his first game.

Honestly it was hard for me to get a good look at LSU bc I was flipping between Alabama and AU-Clemson. Too many good games on at once after a full day of duds.
