Jimbo’s level of success was in the weak ACC, where there was less chance of injuries, loss of players or losses on the road. We’ll see how he does in the greatest conf in all of college football, compared to Orgeron.

This thread had been example after example of ignorance from you and others. Thanks for the entertainment.

Not really a fair comparison since LSU is inherently better than a&m currently. We can revisit this after a full recruiting cycle and see what's what.

Well sir, thank you for you showing just how DAF you are.

1. You don't think having to play syracuse, nc state, bc, WF, louisville and Clemson (before they resurged under Dabo) is different than playing Bama, Auburn, Florida, State, Ole miss, AM, Arkansas?

2. How many times in those same years would LSU have walked through that to the ACC championship game?

3. Once there.... who's relevant enough on the other side to beat you? You have Miami now somewhat rising, but who was it while Fisher was there... I'll wait for it.

4. So his path to the playoffs was FAR easier. Maybe as much by 3 games. And this doesn't matter?

5. And having an easier path certainly effects the health and longevity of your players. You can rest your primary players more often, and you are pressured to play players that may have nagging injuries, etc.

6. You can also play your younger players more often getting them valuable experience going forward and helping to not have the drop off when someone leaves for the NFL.

I could list far more than this, but I think it's clear enough now who is the dumb arse.

Is that a true tiger tale?

What relevance does any of this have?

It has relevance to Tiger fans who love LSU, Fisher would have no problem leaving the LSU program, and leaving it in ruins when LSU fans start complaining just like he did at Fla State.

all this bitching about Jimbo, yet we'd have taken him in a heartbeat and would be singing his praises if he were here.

“ jimbo Fisher=Les miles 2.0”

Miles and Coach O both wish they could have produced an O ranked 21st in the nation. I know I do.

32 games after a coaching change LSU has the 88th best O in college football which does not equate to any type of offensive progress I am aware of, but east to our own.

He had an awful year at Florida StAte. Barely bowl eligible. Left a bad roster.
