Just like today, Bats need to start getting more hot late in games.

Great win today. But honestly LSU needs to score more points in the second half of games. Since SEC play has started, LSU has scored 197 points. Of those 197 points 127 points have come in the first half of games. It seems like we get a lead then the bats get kinda lazy. This has caused losses and games to be closer than they should be. We need to fix this especially with our bullpen issues.

Is the 197 runs in SEC play or since we started SEC play?
Because 70 runs in 17 SEC games is 4 second half runs a game.

Finally, someone who wants to talk, those 197 runs have been since LSU has started SEC play. They also include midweek games.

If I would’ve used the proper verbiage this would have gotten more more thumbs up. It’s in the morning where I am at on the other side of the world. I was falling asleep typing this thread. I am usually up until 5am watching the games. You guys are rude but I expect nothing less from spoiled, privileged LSU fans. You guys are welcome for defending your freedom.

He makes an interesting point (HeHe). It is strange, if true, that our runs are that stacked in the early innings. Usually the pitching gets worse when you get past the starters.
