Doc like I told Drizz earlier you are just wasting your time bringing up legitimate, obvious reasons as how bad these coaches are here. No matter if Miles went 1-11 this past season these "lovers" would be making the same exact excuses as they are now and saying just wait til next year, or the next , or the next, until Miles turns it around.
Miles, Crowton, Chavis, 2010 coaches of the year and bcs champions.

I can't stand Crowton or Miles, but at some point you have to understand that if the kid could consistently throw and help bail us out of our offensive woes, why wouldn't they put him in? Granted, for what we're paying I think they're both third-rate morons, but no one's that stupid. There has to be more to it. Has to be.

quote:That stat sheet that shows no fumbles is wrong. I watched the games. He fumbled 4 or 5 times. Early in the year when he played, he fumbled on a potential scoring drive inside the opp 20 yard line from the WR position on a slant pass. He later had a game with 2 fumbles where we lost one and we got one back as it rolled out of bounds. I thinke he had one or maybe two more. I am almost certain he had 4 during the season, maybe 5. Maybe someone can help me out on this but that stat sheet that Doc posted saying he had no fumbles is total bullshite.
bullshite

he doesn't really display that good of an arm, and he was playing in an option offense
he has to learn how to be QB to QB a real offense
i mean if you wanted crowton and company to completely change crowton's offense to a spread option (that only RS could run), with crowton showing he's a shitty coach at the option (in all aspects), then ok
i didn't want that

coaches don't trust the younger players?

You are the worst kind of tool. You quote half lines, twist comments or just make shite up to fit your agenda. You make yourself look stupid as hell and don't even see it...
So you think Shep had no turnovers? That is what you linked, right. Is that what you think?

Jordan Jefferson? Jarrett Lee?
There's gotta be more to it than just a simple blanket statement that the coaches don't trust Shep because he's young. I hate Crowton and Miles but no one's so stupid to the point where they're going to blatantly overlook a player if he's as good and ready as you guys think he is. Gotta be more to it.

ground can't cause a fumble
so he had one fumble all year

He also dropped a couple passes, and certainly had to burn at least 2 or 3 timeouts when he came in and lined up at QB, but I'm not going to look for those in stat sheets

Shep fumbled once, second fumble should have been ruled down by contact. I guess a single fumble is now a "fumbling problem" now
