NOLA.com confirming today the exact wording of the email from King to Alleva is exactly what the OP put in the Dropbox and the images of the email in the OP.

Very doubtful his ouster was solely due to the Wade situation.
Straw that broke the camel's back. Fan reaction made it clear that now would be a good time to make a move. Woodward is perfect for LSU. Seems this time they made damn sure they had Woodward on lockdown and moved fast.
But I don't think Alleva was fired because he did or didn't suspend Wade.

A losing season and too much DP is all it will take for them to end up packing. His replacement was given the keys last August.
