I figure Miles and Co are doing what they feel is necessary and only what they feel is necessary, an not going for style points.

i agree with you agreeing. Fans need to know that we have big games ahead of us. Do not show everything if you feel you are going to win the game. My god we won by 31 pts. What do some of the fans want? Not classy to run up score. It was bad enough.

great observation... agree 100%... against Bama I be we see more of the short timed routes by JL, one way to soften up the D and back off the LB's...

And you dont think Tenn wasnt fired up to play LSU and maybe played a little over their heads in the first half.

not that it means anything this season. lee has been light years ahead of jefferson in execution. maybe even last season as well.

last season, everyone was complaining that the offense had too many wrinkles. simplify and do a few things well. now, we're doing that and people want more wrinkles (more passing, more ford to the outside, jefferson give it up more, etc)

as for the bland play calling, i think the staff will start to worry about that when we actually have a close game. otherwise, it's going to be more of the same and why should it change? if they did change, people would be mad for fixing something that's not broken.

some people will never be happy
