you sure are embarrassing yourself. you know NOTHING about a pitching rotation. it is GREATLY effected by losing one guy and by losing storz and labas for most of the year is HUGE. that put Hess as a Friday night guy and cost us a damn top reliever. and Gilberts demise is inexpicable. and say injuries don't matter? bull shite.

the offense has not been that bad but would have been better with Smith in the lineup. but you can't expect them to overcome our pitchers giving up 11 fricking runs. I mean, 11 free passes were given up last night. with a top pitcher our 4 runs would have won that game.

to be fair, my favorite "punching bag", Hughes has improved in his hitting and bunting. also, Slaughter has improved and so has Cabrera and Bain. right now, both Dup and Watson are cold as ice and w/o Smith that really hurts our offense.
