Move Johnson to QB and Durham to DE like Holiday.

Is he the new Russell Shepard?
Shep was not recruited as a DB. As a guy who watched almost every one of Ju'Juan's high school games, I can tell you he would need a lot of work to play QB in the SEC. He is nowhere near as good as Collins.

Not what I’m saying. Just let the athlete run some zone read plays

Your thread title says exactly that. Marcel Reed is an SEC QB.

He threw 2 passes against LSU.
Guess you missed this part

Johnson would be a weapon running the zone read at QB. Whatever happened to wildcat packages? Not talking about replacing Nuss, but just a few plays a game.

Yes, he did. And 17 against Florida, 22 against Arkansas.

So you answered your own question about whether he is equal to Marcel Reed.
Ju'Juan has 7 rushes for 14 yards this season, 1 was for 12, 6 more for a net 2. Ju Juan has looked better as a pass catcher out of the backfield than as a runner.

Would you like me to change the thread title to specify running the zone read?

Yeah, that’s a defining sample size. He must be a terrible athlete running the ball…

As opposed to his HS stats that were in 2 A for two of his 4 seasons.
He also had a fumbling issue at times in HS.

Maybe just think about what you are saying when you make a post next time.

Watch how easily SC handles Reed tonight. Forcing him into int's/TO's.

Maybe, Arkansas and Florida could not make him turn the ball over.

I’d sure love to give Elko & A&M a taste of their own medicine if we surprise them with Johnson running the zone read
I don't see that from BK and JS.
They're a little too stubborn/conservative Offensively in the Les Miles/Cam Cameron mold.
We've all seen it before.

I was thinking the same thing. Sub him in as the RB and have Zavion be the RB, Don’t give the defense a heads up by having 2 RBs in the game.

The direct snap to Johnson last night
Unfortunately called back for a hold by our great #66
