Daniels has a strong arm and has decent accuracy over the top.
But no I would not classify him as a solid passer. His short, medium game has severe accuracy issues. And we know he’s had issues going through his progressions.
But the thing with Daniels is, he has shown to be accurate at times. He’s just inconsistent. Which actually gives me some hope for him. And his feet are deadly. But he’ll never get in there on an every down basis if he can’t get more consistent.
