No it doesn't. The lineups over the PA are recorded and are wrong on a pretty regular basis.

My reasoning, JL's pass opens up the line for our run which allows us to put up points and destroy our opponent. JJ's does not and we end up relying on our Defense to bail us out of close games. Look at the history. That said, JJ is needed is some games much like the Bama game where we can't get through the line and linebackers. JL is superior to JJ is 'most' ways, and far more cognitively which is the key. You haven't seen too many "I don't know what's going on" plays this year have you?

This is where you are SO wrong. If this were truly the case (and I assume you think Lee is the one that's above average), why has Lee never, ever been named the starting QB going into a season in the 5 years he's been here?
It's OK that we have average QB's right now. This team is good enough to where it doesn't matter. Why do so many fans feel the need to prop up either of these guys to be better than they really are? Strange.

It's the weirdest phenomenon I can remember. Some LSU "fans" constantly criticizing the coaches decisions and actions over an undefeated consensus #1 team. Belittling the accomplishments of the team that they supposedly pull for...amazing.
It's the catastrophe syndrome draped over the uneducated loser mentality that we have in this state. Scared to death that something bad is gonna happen and crying about it daily to whoever will listen.

I was being an arse. I'm not saying he's great, but it's MY OPINION that he's slightly above average. He's among the top in quarterback efficiency, and he plays for the Tigers and we've blown out the competition with him driving. It's not like last year when we won by the skin of our teeth b/c the defense bailed us out. That to me is enough to say he's above average. I like JJ's game, but the 3 or 4 good games he's had just isn't enough for me to say he's quality. This is all an opinion.

I think Lee starts this wkend too fwiw. I trust the ol ball coach in whatever decisions he makes even if they're a bit questionable.
