Dude was everywhere and hits like a Mac truck! A very capable back up. I look forward to see him crushing people on special teams and getting in to make a play or two.

When was the last time we had so much depth and defense ? And to think we have some stud freshmen who have not made it to campus yet. Thank you Aranda, O, Pete, Raymond, Meatball and most of all Austin fricking Thomas

Man I was thinking the same thing about him. Dude has game and has good instincts. Would be awesome to see him get some chances to display his talents for NFL scouts throughout the year.

Whoever's scouting walk-on talent is kicking arse. Many of them can play.

Maybe its just hometown pride, but I think he has a chance to get on the field. It appears with Aranda its all about playing hard and producing and not how many stars you had coming out of high school.

He has been in the program awhile so I don't know who recruited him. Probably whoever covers the northshore area. But I am sure it didn't hurt that he played for Hank Tierney and the Tangi connection with Baglio being in charge of high school relations.

He also stood out in the closed scrimmage weeks ago.

So I am guessing you saw this closed scrimmage? Do you think he can get meaningful snaps this fall?

Also what's the status of Campbell? How long has he been back to practice? How far behind is because of the surgery? I tried isolating on him a bit and he appeared to struggle at times.

I agree. I started a thread about him last night. Looked really good. Like maybe even starter level good.

We definitely have thumpers that will light you up. Our LB's and DB's will all light your arse up. Donte is turning into a madman and Grant Delpit is opponent's worst nightmare. Another ballhawk with range flying around our defense who will knock you top off.
