Many on the right act as if it’s only the left that “cancels” people. Burrow is literally the most celebrated athlete in LSU football history and yet people are turning on him because his political beliefs are not lock step with theirs.

I’d rather a fanbase that appreciates great athletes and accepts them as they are then one who shits in them just because they have different views.

Exactly, like what type of “principles” is he referring to? If someone is nice to you in the store and brightens your day, but then you see they have a Trump or Biden bumper sticker, are you going to say “oh well nvm, frick them then”? And I don’t mean you personally, more “if one”
