Damn I really wish he'd stuck around through Myles' senior year

Damn though, what Carolina offered... anyone in their right mind would have taken that without hesitation.

Nothing but respect for Brady. Going to suck when he faces the Saints

I met Joe Brady at Uncle Earl’s over the summer. He was with Shea and Emily Dixon and the rest of the LSU beat writers. Didn’t want to bug him but when they introduced me, I told him how fired up I was to see the new offense. Told him the spring game was way more creative than anything we’ve seen the last 10 years haha. He told me “if you thought that was exciting, wait till this season”. Never would’ve thought it be this impressive. Wish nothing but the best for him after what he helped LSU do this season!

It’s been reported that it’s between 2.2-2.5

Apparently LSU had a deal in place for 1.6

Anything from Aranda other than trying to poach our staff?

Not sure, I didn't hear the amount.

What I do know is that he didn't care for recruiting at all, and was offered completely offensive autonomy at Carolina with a huge budget to bring in his own hand picked assistants and position coaches.

And he wanted to be in the NFL anyway, so that's just too sweet a deal to pass up.

We are both better for his short time here, as is he. Good luck Joe, except when you play the Saints twice each year.
