JJ will never play another down for lsu football.

It has zero to do with Les Miles
The University of LSU and its administration will never let a student athlete play while facing a felony charge.
If he pleads down, he will have to admit guilt, in which case there is no way LSU let's him play.
Please, he is no longer part of the team by his own actions. Let's support the team that actually has to play in a week....

The DA will offer them a plea to a lessor charge because the DA knows he cant get a jury to convict them of a felony on this bullshite with so many deferrent versions and people involved, not to mention it was only a bar fight.

If he pleas down to a misdemeanor....its not impossible that he'll receive a suspension and be back later in the year. And i'd be ok with that
