the passes rocketscientist mentions weren't rollouts though. 1 was kinda, a bootleg that he pretty much cut short after the ball fake because the DE didn't bite. threw to his TE (what a concept!). then a checkdown to the RB from the pocket, and a playaction pass downfield, again from the pocket.
Jordan was always better from the pocket IMO, off playaction and/ or early downs. rollouts were always hit or miss because his footwork is so suspect.

Not me no sir! U have never read where I have degraded JL or any quarterback the way you guys do! I really wish that you would come out and say that you dont like black qbs instead of saying you dont like mobile qbs, or the real killer, he cant lead or think like so and so.
You are a fricking idiot. Hell, I am one of the few that defended JJ at the beginning of the year. Your true nature comes out.

Not really. He was WAY more effective and consistent on the rollout, away from the pocket.
His decisions in the pocket are what hurt him and resulted in him eating the ball too many times.
Few rollouts were even used latter on in his career. Much more so his first year and a half.

They may have been a little more cryptic on message boards but the vitriol they spewed was evident. The unreasonable level of negativity does have an effect on the program though they deny that it does.

To true retards who don't have the intellectual ability to know any different, probably.

Good luck to JJ. Obviously everyone is bummed about the NCG, but I am glad he got a chance to get back on the field and remember a feeling other than the NCG. Whether you liked him or not, he is a Tiger. He played 100% on the field everytime he stepped on it and tried as hard as he could to win games.
Doesn't matter about the results, he wore the purple and gold and put a lot of hard work in to help LSU be successful and he was a big part of the last 4 years of success. Good luck to him in any future endeavors.

I agree with this. I was hoping to be able to watch his game and hope for some redemption from the last two games, but it wasn't on here. I have no doubt he gave his best and never have blamed him for the shortcomings in his career.

Jefferson was better passing on early downs or when he hit a few passes early in a game. He didn't have the accuracy to throw into a defense that was waiting on a throw on obvious passing situations. His confidence (and accuracy) tended to go way up after he completed a couple of passes. We should have thrown the ball down the field (not talking about screens) way more on first downs throughout the season.

I have never seen a " fan base" be so vocally against our players. Never. Don't you think that recruits see the way JLee in 08 and JJ last year and this year were treated? I'm not saying it makes or breaks a decision, but it isn't a positive. It's rare to see college kids booed in their own stadium.

gonna have to agree to disagree on that. the majority of his big passing plays (esp. the TDs) were from the pocket.

his decision-making overall hurt him. if he could make a read pre-snap (or a pretty good guess based off what he anticipated form playaction), he was usually good to go. if he had to read the D after the play started, he could hesitate, let his posture break down, and end up making a late throw with his feet not being set. so now you got balls being thrown all over the place.

seemed about the same to me. I'd have liked to see more called, primarily because he made some nice runs off the rollouts. but I def think he was better throwing from the pocket.

So were his bad plays and his decisions. He never showed he could be a consistent packet guy. He was much more consistent rolling out of the pocket.

I am certainly not the one having to convince myself of anything. It's you who are in some delusional fantasy.

Meh.
Go ahead and blame imaginary racists and feel persecuted if it makes you feel better about your own inadequacies as a human being.
I have better things to do than to continue feeding your dumb troll arse. Like sleeping.
Have a nice evening, troll.
