Lol please post some links from last year ANYBODY, that heaped this much praise on JJ last year. Becuase this lil myth that has been going around is getting real old now.
All I heard last year was that JJ was practicing more and Miles hiding stats from spring scrimmages and him getting ranked what was it 7 or 8 out of the starting QBs in the SEC before the season opener last year.
Somebody, anybody, link some (at least three) praise JJ received last offseason during spring or summer so we can clear this bullshite up!!! and at least one on the level of hype that he is getting this year.

Like it or not people have heard for his entire career how much JJ has improved each spring. If it were truly improvement each spring do you really think he would have been 100th out of 116 qb's last year or 11 out of 12 sec qb's? Last year we heard how he was working on his footwork and not staring down his primary receiver and did we see any of that last year? The offense has been simplified for 3 straight years for him to grasp it. He went 4-14 in the spring game after everyone heard how much better he was. People have heard JJ has improved for 3 years and havent seen results on the field so you wonder why they doubt???????

I really hope JJ looks as good as they say. If he throws for 200yrds on Oregon I will take a self ban for a month.

Some people are just unwilling to accept the notion that it's possible JJ is ACTUALLY improving. He's got a new QB coach and is working his arse off. There is a good chance that he will be improved.

Based on all these positive reviews and the fact that Miles always gives JJ rave reviews I have to say that Jefferson must be a PRACTICE badass.
Some quarterback are awesome at practice and suck in a game situation whereas other quarterbacks suck at practice and need the competitive juices flowing and rock it in the game. Then there are the majority which are either good or shitty in both situations. I believe Jefferson is just a practice badass who crumbles under pressure.

That may be the best explanation I have ever heard and actually jibes with what we heard last year on how good he looked in practice but played so bad in games. Maybe with the OC standing next to him when they call the plays and telling him to look for this or that he gets it but during the game the OC isnt standing next to him! That actually might be it!

This is deja-vu all over again, from last year. JJ looked great at the Manning QB camps then also, or whatever camp he attended, then like other posters have already mentioned, once he was in an actual game situation facing college DB's, it was a much different story.

Dude if you think I am going to waste my time looking up quotes that we all know exist for you, you got another thought coming. Tell me you dont recall Miles praising Jefferson last spring and summer and then during the season saying how well he looked in practice during the week and then coming out and flopping over and over again!
Go ahead tell me you dont remember that? Does the JJ fan club have selective memory loss as well as cant blame JJ for anything itis???????
