it's not who starts, it's who plays the most.

Absolutely correct.

Miles is a fricking joke now. It's frustrating to think that we are paying him this much money. What can he possibly see in JJ. The 90 yard run last week was great but T-Bob could have run through that hole! After that JJ did nothing but put us in bad spots.

instead of just obviously trying to annoy people, why dont you make an argument for why Jefferson should start? Something pertaining to the actual game, Jefferson shuld start because he does _______ and gives the offense _____

In crowtons style of offense I think JJ is better adapted for it..Now if we had i-set look and actually used blocking tight ends and did more than just zone block up front..especially to set up some play action..then Lee is that man by far.. But we are faced with the spread option offense that 1. we dont have a QB for ( thats y i think JJ is more suitable for it than JL) 2. The play calling out of it is horrible! I would love to see JL start the game and let us pound it up the middle with some iso, power, Down blocking up front and let lee throw some deep passes off of it.or even some east flat routes.

hes done nothing but fail for 3 years, and fail miserably for the last 4 games.

4 games
0 touchdowns
5 interceptions
31 completions
37 incompletions
298 yards passing

for some reason it doesnt seem to fricking matter.

Outside of Florida with Tebow and Leak, when was the last time a 2 QB system worked realllly well for a team? Serious question

I am speechless, really. But, I hope it all works out for the team and no matter what...I will be there cheering for the Tigers!

Maybe Miles is a believer in the "Law of Averages". As horrible as JJ has played during his career, he is due. When that day comes for JJ, he will likely be a Heisman contender.

but with JJ in you have NO fear of pass to use to open up the running game

There was no threat of it against Tennessee either but he took the first play 83 yards to the house.

I know that was a total rarity though... But our running game is just better this year even without the threat of passing. Just look at all the games we've played this year. Last year we couldn't run even when we had good passing games.

Bama seems to have a magic wr/rb who thinks he is a QB by throwing TD's out of their WildRedneck package.

Other then that...never.

You save the confidence of the guy if letting him have the first series accomplishes that. I want JL too but the price of admission may be cheap enough that starting JJ and bringing in JL early makes sense. If JL plays well again, and he started a little shaky last week, he's the starter against McNeese in a game that will allow him to get really comfortable in time to go to AU. This is an East Game, all the ones after it are West Games. Seems like it has a chance to be a decent idea to me.

If this is a home game, anyone think the decision is the same?

Im guessing not. Fans would start flinging their cups, bottles, their seats, their neighbors seats, their neighbors children... on the field.

well this is just awesome

$5 says Miles calls the QB run up the middle first play in Gainesville to see if it works again

Then, when it is 3rd and 9 following a Ridley 1 yard dive he will then toss Lee in there to try and throw for the 1st down
