Yeah. . .but you went over the edge.

I am a supporter of LSU, not JJ. I make objective, reasonable statements.

People call me a JJ supporter, because I say he is less shitty than JL.

It has become, in the mind of the anti-JJ crowd, a binary situation.

If you write JJ off as the worst QB of any major program ever, you are an objective observer.

If you think that Lee would have been the savior of the team last year, you are just calling it fair.

If you do not think either of the above, you are a JJ supporter/lover and a JL hater.

Like I said, binary.

I remove myself from the above and just ignore the stupidity from both sides. Doing so allows me to make reasonable statements. Reasoned statements seem to piss people off.

It isn't a prediction. That would imply that it will not happen.

It is a fact.

Oh for Christ's sake!

That's some irony right there.

Take a look at your post history, son.

I like JJ's self confidence in his comment "I will be the starter, hands down".

I'm just waiting to see for myself before I get my hopes up.

not for me.

I hope he does well. but his attitude that seems to be carrying over from last year is off putting.

I heard a comment from him today on the radio:

"the fans comments hurt"

for real? he's got to grow thicker skin than that. could you imagine if florida fans got ahold of his cell phone number like LSU fans did with tebow? JJ would be pouting all over the place.

See, you have to make up your mind.

Do you want him to sound confident, or humble?

Above it, or affected by it?

you can be humble and confident. he just comes off as whiny, immature, and cocky (with little to back it up with so far)

if he's asked by someone about messageboard users like rudy complaining about him, i'd rather him just laugh it off and say that he loves the fans ect.

not tell the reporter that the comments "hurt" him... or hurt his feelings.

pansy shite.

I disagree.

He comes across as a very competetive kid. He wants to make everyone happy, though, and he takes shite too personally.

He lays it all on the field, and takes losses badly. I think his attitude (not his talent) is like Tebow, without the overbearing pre-game stuff.

And then people would be on here saying he doesn't care what the fans think.

I agree with that.

he might have been better off with a PR coach ect... there's still time

I think most of what he said in the post games last year was filtered through Miles and Co.

telling people "I think I played pretty good" after a 4 yard performance against mcneese state or a 30 yard 3-10 2 int performance against UT isn't going to cut it.

don't piss on my feet and tell me it's raining.

(yes, I didn't forget about his 80 yard run up the middle)

its kinda pansy shite to get up in arms because someone said that they were the hands down starter. You don't think posting a La Tech pic everytime JL's name was mentioned last offseason is immature? Its just funny that you can't see that you act the same way, maybe not as much though. the guy seems to be turning a corner and I believe it.

And by the way, is it just me or is he is getting a hell of a lot more media coverage than any other QB sans TP (formerly of OhSt)?

Somethings up. Either haters setting him and LSU up for major egg on face, or people must really think they see something.

Somethings brewing.

Weird.
