The older guy said it's confirmed per John Petersen LSU offered Vitello 1.7 or something, then came back with 2.1M after Tennessee upped their offer. Anyone else confirm this?

There have been some great ones on Gary Danielson's page. There was a line saying he writes for CNN, RollTide.com, and Pravda. Stayed up for a year before someone caught it.
