Youre saying he gave up, on himself and his teammates?

Cant respect that, wont respect that, and never will.

Thats just soft and a huge display of a lack of mental toughness if you ask me..if its true.

A faux-leader if ive seen one. Hard to regain respect in the locker room if that is true.

It wasn't one picture. The camera repeatedly showed Jarrett Lee sulking on the sidelines in the fourth quarter. Lundquist and Danielson were commenting on the games he played early in the season during these camera shots.

I agree with StrongSafety on this, with the caveat that I can't imagine the situation JL feels himself in, to falter in the Alabama game and now having to pay for it. That said, he's a senior, he's an important member of the team and he needs to be a leader. Sometimes being a leader means embracing a diminished role and maintaining a positive attitude when someone else is doing better. Such an attitude can rub off on a team, even if you're on the bench.

See Drew Bledsoe 2001. Bledsoe did exactly that when Tom Brady took command, and he's still revered in New England.

Your whole argument being made on "if it's true" shows that you are a simpleton, and are basically creating this shite in your mind. I suppose this is what happens when simpletons get a computer.

Well, In my most simple effort to respond to this p.o.s flame of a post, look at it this way.... the best part of all this is we and JLee only have to deal with this for 4 more qrters.

Thank God.
The time to move on, which is greatly anticipated by pretty much every LSU fan I know is near.

Your teams success outweighs your own. If the team wins, everyone wins. Right now, LEe just looks like a spoil brat that pouts when he doesnt get his way.

I am going to again suggest that you eat a shotgun you narrow minded, blind buttmunch.

You don't think Lee has demonstrated leadership or mental toughness?

That dude endured hatred from LSU fans for 2008. Yet he stuck around! He stuck around to bail our arse out vs UF and Tenn last year and throw the game clinching 3rd down conversion pass v Alabama. This year he stepped in admirably when the leader acted irresponsibly. Thank God he stayed!

JJ and Lee have shared a special season. Why not just leave it at that. In the meantime HOW ABOUT A STEAMING HOT CUP OF SHUT THE frick UP!

This and admitting you don't remember JJ pouting last year when he didnt get his way just proves that you are a flamer. GTFO.

frick that.. just try to think if you were JL himself.
I dont give a damn about his mom and dad.
They arent the ones that have put in the time, energy, blood, sweat and tears like he has.
Its total disrepect IMO of a sr that has done EVERYfrickING THING that has been asked of him.

If JJ were head and shoulders above JL then I could understand... there is a reason why SRs Greg Shaw and Dennis Johsnson dont play.
But that's not the case with these two qbs.
It's not... and this "he gives us the best chance to win" bullshite passed nausiating about a month ago.. JJ doesnt do a fricking thing to "help" LSU win that JL cant do. NOt a frickING THING.... anything that he adds to the offense is taken away when JL isnt in there.
As Ive said about 100 times, its almost over.

I like JL but he has 0% chance of making an NFL team. Camp arm at best

I don't remember because I hardly paid attention last year. I can't even remember the teams record from last year. 10-3?

JL couldn't run a option offense to save his life. Just not his skill set. He was a I formation game manager (.good one though). JJ offers more flexibility within the offense
