Jaray Jenkins and Jontre Kirklin will have 200 yards between them tomorrow

The scouting report will be to double-team boutte because he’s such a stud, which means that Jaray and Jontre will extensively be single-covered. I see a big game coming from both of them.

Boutte will have his 100, but overall I expect the passing yards to be over 300.

I hope that he’ll get 100, but I doubt it because max will know better than to force it into double-coverage. They should really use boutte as a decoy in the 1st half to get big plays from Jaray and kirklin.

If UCLA is dumb enough to be heavy blitz like last week leaving their DB’s 1 on 1, it’s going to get ugly. Their secondary coverage was bad last year and they’ll be outmatched tomorrow.

True and most double coverage means safety help, which you can partially negate faking the handoff

If Peetz is anything like his mentor, he will draw up plays to get the ball to Boutte, no matter how UCLA tries to cover him. Look for them to run a couple of WR screens for him, use motion and maybe a pick play or two to give him some separation for a short pass. All it takes is a crack in the defense from there and he’s down the field.
As for Jenkins and Kirklin, I’m sure both will get plenty of looks, too. We have a bunch of guys in the running to be the #2 WR in this offense and they will both get their shot at it.

I hope so, but they will be splitting time with Brian Thomas, Jr. Meanwhile, unfortunately Nabors is out. Bech and Taylor will get their share too.
