Ja’Marr Chase at RB was a cool wrinkle. Hope we continue it

The linebackers went nuts pointing him out in the backfield and he still gained 6 yards on a 4th down. Would like to see more of this, reminded me of a Percy Harvin type formation. He’s definitely strong and fast enough to come out the backfield on some special plays.

He lined up there more than just the one time he carried the ball. Was cool to see that.

They’ve done it with Jefferson too. I’m glad they put the handoff on tape because now it makes Clemson have to account for that possibility out of the formation.

I almost feel bad for Venables trying to prepare for the screen passes we will throw to Chase from that formation.
