Well, sure. That doesn't really warrant the venom that HuRicAne Miles is showing. It's just bizarre. I can't imagine a player's professional failures angering me to the point of hating him. It's his life and it has no bearing whatsoever on mine. I'm just going to assume that JaMarcus feels a twinge more disappointed that he failed than I do.

Generally those who are spectacular failures in their own lives hold others to a standard they could never reach themselves. They have a need to feel superior over others. And they are jealous of the success of others. He probably can't get over the fact Jamarcus was paid more than he could ever imagine earning in a hundred lifetimes. So he hates Jamarcus with a passion. Actually quite pitiful.

A valiant try, but these owners talk to one and other. No way someone takes the chance to sign him. He's better off impressing in the CFL for $40-50k a year then try for a camp arm in the NFL. Plus he's old now...

His playing days are over. His best bet would be to get a job coaching high school. I'm not sure that he could progress above that level, but you never know.

But, he won't ever play again. That window of opportunity has shut. Jamarcus needed to make the most of his opportunity a few years ago with that former basketball player out of Houston, but he blew it.

Not to alarm anyone here, but Oakland fricking sucks.

Rich Gannon is still throwing pick sixes to the Bucs.

How did you take I hate him away from what I said? I'm a jruss fan always have been all I'm saying is if hedve worked hard he could've beaten Randall out for the job as a rs freshman. You saw the flashes that year but the consistency wasn't there. A guy with that much talent in his second year should've been starting in front of Randall that's my point

yeah, that tends to happen with freshman with no experience

it's very rare that a freshman starts over a 5th year senior who has starting experience. i don't care who that freshman is

He dealt with a lot personal issues that derailed his career, the people on this forum that hate on him are the same fricks, that think they have everything figured out and probably the ones living in a trailer park.

Cry me a fking river. He got a huge contract and pissed away his career....huge fail. I give him props for wearing the P/G and doing pretty well here but dont me this shite about personal problems (boohoo) and blame that for what happened. Plenty of people have personal problems and DONT let that affect their careers and for a hell of a lot less $$$$ too. I'll deal with his personal problems for $32 mil guaranteed.

I think it's fair for the Raiders to let him play for free.

It is rare but he was a rare talent and had a year in the system Jamis Winston won a heismann as a redshirt freshman. Jamarcus was infinitely more talented than Randall he made some starts that year he came in relief and won some games that year, all I'm sayng is if hedve worked harder his red shirt year he could've won the job.
