LOL 7-7 in mop up duty. Keiland is tied for the completion % record in a game for his td vs. Auburn. Also Hal Hunter is the greatest coach to have ever graced college football sidelines.

Ever heard the term "he is an empty suit" ?

Talent gets you drafted...JR has world class arm strength and size.

He lacks the "it" factor...the goofyball attire sort of gave that away early on...

Of course people can change, but it doesn't look good..

You know, its possible that RP might end up being a better NFL player than JR...different paths...we shall see

Team offensive record. And since those runs werent all 99 yarders, then obviously he got them close enough to score.

ok, let me break this down, then im done with this thread

quote:

Offensive plays, game - 56 vs Ark

3 OT's

quote:

Offensive plays, season - 459

2 3 OT games

quote:

Comp %, game - 100% vs N. Tex

7-7 against north texas...

quote:

TD passes, game - 4 vs Ohio St

surely this is shared by multiple QB's

quote:

Team offense, season - 1,054 plays

quote:

Team offense, season - 6,152 yds

led by a 3000 yard rushing attack

quote:

Offensive TDs, season - 64

see above

quote:

Rushing TDs, season - 35

well i gotta give matt props here

quote:

yds gained per game - 439.4 yds

mainly due to the rushing game again

quote:

Passing attempts, season - 442 Passing comp, season - 256

thats a 56.3 comp %...not impressed

the rest was largely due to the running game

Not to mention the season stats factor in 2 games in which Flynn didn't play.

ncorrect BS. The elephant in question is a trademarked item, used specifically by the UoA. If a record label had also attempted to use it, it wouldnt have taken about 24 hrs before that cease and desist letter would have arrived.

so you are saying it wasnt the logo of his friends record label???

Both Flynn and JR were different QB's from each other and experienced great success. I am not going to debase myself by putting one down while they played at LSU. JR is probably in the top 3-4 QB's to play at LSU and most likely top one or two in talent.

Neither do now BTW, and are not LSU tigers. Flynn has actually over achieved at GB. Few doubted he would stick to a roster. JR may be the biggest first draft choice bust ever.

JR being a bust doesn't reflect on LSU in any way. He is gone, adios.

wait, I hear a thud - it's money bags being dropped off at a bank in Mobile by JR. at 1% interest, he may make enough money to buy the deluxe bugers at Mickey D's and have money left over for fries and a shake. What a waste of God given talent. Goes to show you that attitude will trump ability given the right (or wrong) circumstances. Good luck JR, save your bling for a rainy day.

In other words, theres no proof that a record label adopted the Bama elephant as their logo, and asked him to wear it

So. Why couldn't he dressed like Troy Smith from OSU? Looks like he at least had some sort of guidance.
