Interesting. The offense improved as the year progressed and the defense appeared to decline yet we demand a new OC but give pay raises to the D.
please, the defense has been carrying this team for years
im not sure if anyone actually deserves a raise and i know administration shouldnt bother in assistant coach hirings/firings, but we need a real OC, that is a fact

In 2006, Alleva and his sons were involved in a boating accident which left Alleva with an injured head. His son, J.D., was charged with operating a boat while impaired after refusing to give a blood sample for testing. Three officers smelled alcohol on him hours after the incident.
What is a real OC? Cus krags and Stud have ran offenses before ever setting foot on LSU campus.

Meh. Oklahoma St. didnt have a problem replacing Miles with someone who did better then he did at Okie St.
Miles is a very good coach but LSU made Miles the success that he is just as much as Miles made LSU a success.

Maybe he is pushing for more money and using Arky as a bargaining chip. That's all I can think of. With his kids the age they are Les isn't going anywhere for one reason. Arkansas and that recruiting base is another. This is a non story. He just needs some more money.

an OC that has his own system and philosophy, unchained from any influence from Les. in 8 years, we've seen that once, in Crowton's first year, 2007. Even in 2005-2006, Les hamstrung Jimbo Fisher at times
maybe that's not going to happen with Les and that person doesnt exist, idk

You could say the exact same thing with regards to Saban and LSU. Miles brought that program out of the gutter. Gundy brought it from the middle of the pack to one elite season with a 34 year old qb and top 5 reciever and then back to the middle.

If miles did go to Arkansas negatigers would become sunshine pumpers and sunshine pumpers would become negatigers. It would be hilarious.
But it won't happen.
But it won't happen.

Geez. Let Miles go if he wants, someone else will pick right up, and kick arse... No problem!!!

You guys will be so mad when Stud and Krag both get raises this year.

No, he isn't going anywhere. He'll be like Mack Brown we'll have to force him to retire.

neither one deserves a raise

Don't care if he did or his agent (obviously, it would be his agent), but I'd call the bluff. I wouldn't match shite.
