Still not stats
look at his defensive stats they are pretty impressive. I suspect that he is one of the top middle infielders defensive wise in the SEC.

Jones and Ross can play 2nd and catch, except DH since they are both struggling at the plate. That way we can let Foster and Chinea hit in their places.
what does this mean?

How about his BABIP is .242 right now, which is way lower than his career average. This shows that the balls he's hitting in play are getting caught more often than they usually do. These will eventually start to fall in for hits.

I hope Jones turns it around but at some point you have to say: he is what he is. 1.5 years of struggling is not a slump!

So you want to replace him, but you have no clue who should replace him? Makes lots of sense...

Been hearing this for a year and a half.

My point exactly! There is someone on the bench who could do better so why not at least give them a shot?

Factual stats and logic have no place in this thread, arse.

I said someone should be given a shot! Why is that so taboo around here with his production?

Jones hit .253 last year. What the hell is the problem with that?
I sure hope you hit frickin .400 with a .500 OBP at jerk me off D3 all 4 of your years.

You say bench Jones - so we ask who should be in his place?
You say recruit better - my best guess is that this is a troll attempt. are you really questioning the talent on this team?
