I think JJ sould be Reinstated, but JJ sould call a team meeting and tell the players " This is OUR team and Jarret is OUR leader. Now lets put this behind us and go win a National Championship!!!!! Just my thoughts.

Will never happen, Jefferson is not a team player. He doesn't have the team is first attitude.

in the two years that he has been starter, what makes you believe that he has the pride to do this. he would over throw receivers and start pouting going back to the sideline. he would look at a 5-19 75 yard performance as him having a good game. he has never owned up to anything or taken leadership of this team. jj and this team are good where they are at.

No it's up to Les Miles.

And Miles said just a few minutes ago on his radio show:

quote:

"We're very optimistic that they'll [Jefferson and Johns] rejoin the team. But there's some hurdles to be overcome."

Then he mumbled something about NCAA compliance as though that was one of (or maybe the only) hurdle remaining.

ETA:
Miles just said both JJs are back and welcome at practice tomorrow.

I may be old and still living in the 60's but nothing good can come out of this situation by the early reaction of the team. maybe i just dont understand the youth of today

We're talking about a dude who had multiple games of <<<<100 yards, and he NEVER admitted to having a bad game.

He won't start, but I think he will pout. If anybody thinks he won't be a problem, they are insane.

Well said. I think you're right....he will expect to play and if he doesn't, then he will pout.

He's not a team player. He's a "me first" player. Kinda like Cam Newton, but without the talent.
