Again, the problem is poor people. Poor people that have managed to hang onto their tickets are the ones constantly complaining because . . . .well, because poor people complain, that's what they do.
If we want to stop hearing complaints about people leaving early, we MUST get rid of the poor people. Raise ticket prices.

Maybe more would stay if they sold beer there again and allowed an area inside the stadium,like on the highest point atop the upper deck ,where you can smoke a quick cigarette, more people would stay.

And who are you to decide this? I've never left early for a game, at least since i've been a student. And I promise you, at the end of halftime, 40-50% of the stadium was empty.
It's funny to me that people are whining about the 10k student tickets when the problem exists in the other 82k....

There are enough seats for all the students. But the University wants to make some $$$ off those seats, so they sell them to people who want to sit the entire game.
People are going to complain one day about sitting at the stadium, and the next day complain about the students who are the ones who stand and yell the loudest. There is a reason that our team CHOOSES to defend the EZ closest to the students. The students are the intimidation factor. Getting rid of them may put more people in the seats in the 4th quarter of a blowout, but it will not make Death Valley more intimidating to visiting teams.

This is probably the dumbest thing I have ever read in my entire life.....
The team is made up of students. This might be a big upset to find out, but LSU is actually a college that happens to have a football team....
You can't have "college" football without a "college". Sure, LSU has a massive fanbase, but it's simple. If LSU wasn't an academic institution, there would not be a CFB program. Simple.

See my other post. If the University didn't want to make money they would give more tickets to students, more students would go to the game. The university makes money off of the other fans, not the students football tickets. Programs without a lot of alumni fans still have football teams, universities without students...no football.

Have the beer man,like the black dude in miller high life commercials, pass cold beers around throughout the student section during the fourth quarter and more would stay. Pass a three foot long blunt down the rows and every single one would stay.
