Its time to double down, counter sue the SEC

I'd assume they can actually sue for defamation or something along those lines yeah? Can claim this made up bad press is hurting recruiting.

Not quite yet but getting close IMO. If the players keep winning the court cases and the SEC keeps trying to blackmail LSU with ridiculous sanctions. I say "LSU" but quite frankly I don't know if they have ever mentioned LSU by name but we all know who they are inferring.

One thing I would do IF I sued the SEC. I would definitely include the loudmouth individuals such as the TN female official, the GA AG, etc. You can start with the charge of deformation of LSU as an institution when they start mentioning LSU or Lane Kiffin specifically.
