^ This. I don't think there's any doubt CPM knows his X's and O's, but he does make some dumb decisions.. more often than he should. But at some point the players have to be blamed as well. CPM ain't in the box swinging at garbage and popping out.

Maybe he's not in the box swinging at garbage and popping out. But when it happens over and over again, isn't it the coach's job to figure out what the hell is going on???
