Not upset with Greedy.

All of you supporting his decision are telling the rest of the team it’s ok to only think about yourself.

It’s about the guys who will leave as juniors that have no business leaving, but they are just making the best “business decision” for their family. Except some go undrafted, have no job, and didn’t graduate college.

They are doing the exact same thing Greedy is. The younger guys on the team see what he is doing, they see that no one is upset but instead encouraging him. So when they are juniors and they get a mediocre draft grade and bad advice they make their “business decision” too.

In this the mentality, is there a net positive gain? It’s like some of you are incapable of thinking about anything other than... Money good. Get money.

Not true at all.

If Greedy was only worried about himself he should have sat out the games after Alabama.

This is an absolutely meaningless bowl game.

It’s only value is the extra practice the guys returning get.

I don’t care if guys not I. The team next year choose not to play.

The experience in practice and in a live game for their backups and other guys coming bac will be more valuable in the long run.

Which is why he quite obviously cares about the team to some extent.

This isn't a proper comparison because Greedy is a top 10 pick at the very least. If some of these juniors can't see the difference, or are somehow deluded into thinking they are on his level, then there is not much to be done about them.

Players in football and basketball have left early for quite some time and there are plenty that would be best served staying in school. You just hope that the university tries to advise them for what is truly best for them, using all available information. If a school tried to recoup the money given as scholarships or didn't behave in a manner in the best interests of its star players, recruiting would suffer with the upper echelon players.

Yea there is something to be done. Teach them that no matter what you honor your commitment to the team. Finish what you start.

Do y’all have kids? What the frick do y’all teach them?

The problem is they get deluded into thinking it’s a good business decision because they watch their teammates like Greedy make everything about themselves and their “business decision”

It’s really not complicated
