e's not suing them on the 5 for 5 rule. He's suing them over whatever rule dictates NFL athletes are not eligible to play. The 5 for 5 rule clearly states all Class of 22 athletes that have used up their eligibility under the previous rules are no longer eligible under the new rules. It may be semantics but in my opinion these are important "facts" of the case that everyone overlooks due to their emotional ties to the situation. In the end I think all of this is legal gamesmanship and political theatre designed to push the Save College Sports Act across the finish line.
AND their premise is these would have never been “professional athletes” since they never had the opportunity to not automatically enter the draft. They didn’t choose to.
Mini camp and training camp are the same in these situations. There is no difference. The season has not started. Pre season is not season. They aren’t even like GLeague

It's more obvious than ever; Sankey should be fired immediately.
More than obvious. And I think LSU should call for his dismissal. It is past time for LSU to stand up to the SEC!

Best thing in the world for LSU to do is continue preparing for Clemson because LSU is not a party to these proceedings no matter how much anyone wants us to be
