I’m in my 60’s. I’ve followed LSU football for a long time. This is the most satisfying season for me. Whether or not we win more championships this season is historic and it is ours. GEAUX TIGERS!!!

My father lived to be 80 years old and died in the summer of 2003. He was a diehard Tiger fan and only saw one national title in 1958. I'll be 65 next month and have had the honor of seeing LSU win three championships and play for a fourth. Last night capped off what has to be LSU's greatest football season and team ever. If I never see another one in my lifetime I will die a happy man.

I am also in my 60's and this is without a doubt the best LSU team I have ever seen. Before the game a Clemson friend asked me to make a prediction. I said LSU by double digits. This team will not be denied

I am 52 and told my wife the same thing. No matter what we own this one. There is something different about knowing you watched arguably the GOAT collegiate football team. Very surreal and almost saddening, knowing the odds on ever duplicating or surpassing it are extremely hard.
Feel blessed tho as having been a witness.
