Well, I waited and the class is now signed. Guess what? The class is still hovering around the Top 5 at #7 on both On3 and 247. They were 5th or 6th on average just a little light on the number of recruits. Only Georgia had more 4/5* players. Yes, the class could have been other worldly, but all the money Texas, Oregon, and Michigan threw at their classes didn’t land them much better classes, if at all. A few big fish got away, but not all of them. LSU competed just fine.

It is now. They lost a couple more players, but also gained a 5* OL. The class is still hovering around the Top 5 at #7 with very little difference in their class and #5. Only Georgia had more blue chips. They competed just fine.
