It needs to be cleaned top to bottom

A complete purge. Don’t clean it out halfway. Baker, Raymond, Frank, all of them. Let the new coach make his own hires and bring his own guys in. Letting legacy guys hang around serves no purpose in the NIL era.

Kelly did this same thing 4 years ago. I’m all for the new coach bringing who he wants, but retaining Raymond and Frank Wilson likely allows us to keep Harlem Berry, DJ Pickett, and several important recruits.

We aren’t this bad at all for a complete purge. We have a great back office and some great pieces in place
