Will Wade's tenure looks pretty good compared to the two coaches before and the one after.
We've only made the tournament 23 times in our whole program's history and Wade has 3 of those appearances in the 5 seasons he was head coach. Clearly would have had a 4th if the 2019-2020 season hadn't been cancelled for COVID.
