Petrino.
And I don't give a shite if he bangs coeds.
Maybe Sarkisian/Patterson

For the record though I don't want him fired right now. I want Alleva gone first because I don't want him in charge of hiring the next coach.

So you crawfish a little bit and say you don't want him fired right now. Instead, all the bitching and complaining about you "losing it on 1/9" is inaccurate? You want the AD fired that has nothing with the play on the field?
So you don't want Miles fired and you say he'll never be able to win anything else as long as he's coach.......
You're confusing me.
I'm not sure what you ultimately want here.

He wants a reason to bitch. Fire Mile. Fire Alleva. Then he'll find something else to bitch about.

FTR. I don't think I ever said fire him now. Not that I would care if he were and I can certainly see how you would think that's my position.
There are plenty of reasons to want Alleva fired that has nothing to do with play on the field. The guy is a slimy dirtbag who could give two shits about LSU and I don't trust him to make a major football program coaching hire.

Petrino
You do realize Miles coached circles around Petrino? Matter of fact, they beat them so bad, Petrino cussed him on national tv.

What has either of those guys shown that they would just keep LSU at the level they've been at for a decade now?
Patterson is in the Big XII now and is sucking it up. One of the biggest schools in Texas and in the Big XII and can't get the recruiting off the ground. They're a middle of the road Big XII team.
Same goes for Sarkisian. He can't seem to be good enough to be at the top of the PAC 12.
So, if you hire these guys, you expect national championships?

Should I go and link every post you've posted in the last three weeks minimum?

Perhaps elementary school is the most appropriate set of metrics in this case?

As for Petrino, I would take him too. LSU would never do it so you throw that shite out the window.
With that said, Petrino won a game against Miles and Miles smoked him.
I guess since Miles is so terrible, what's that make Petrino? Obviously not good enough for you for LSU
I have a sneaking suspicion the only coach you'd be happy with would be Saban, and that would explain anything and everything.

This may be the most outrageous statement in the entire thread. A head coach is one of the most visible representatives of a university. I, for one, want a coach who wins, but also exhibits strong levels of integrity and sportsmanship...Miles fills the bill and I am glad we have had him all these years.

If you want to dig through that garbage be my guest. I'm pretty sure I've never said "Fire Miles"

You don't have to say it. You insinuate it in every post you make.
You want a coach hanging around since "1 fricking 9?" You lost faith in him so what's the point?
You have a serious case of crawfishing going on right now.
LSU is on the downswing of a cycle right now. Deal with it.

No. I fricking hate Saban and everything about that little fricker. I don't know why you keep bringing him and Bama up. I haven't. I don't see what thinking Les is a bad coach has to do with Saban.

People around here really want LSU to be the next Tennessee.

If Les were a bad coach, he wouldn't be at LSU for coming up on 10 years.
YOU think he's a bad coach because they're not winning like BAMA. You're part of the fanbase that's so envious of BAMA and their run right now, you'd do anything to discredit Miles for what he's done
A bad coach doesn't sustain a decade long run at a top school like LSU. As much as you hate it

Or USC.
No doubt and the only way they'd be happy would be Saban.

I'm not crawfishing. I'm trying to have a real debate but if you want to go back to cursing and name calling I can do that with the best of them. Face it, Miles is lost on the sideline. He has no more of a clue as to what's going on in the game than I do. He is incapable of making adjustments. He doesn't know his players as well as he thinks he does. His players don't respect him as much as many on here think they do.
That's all. I'm not gonna get banned over this shite but Miles reached his peak in 2011 amd it's all downhill from here on out.

At least be consistent with your ignorance.

Miles probably has forgotten more football than you know.
