OKay. UGA fan here obviously. Listen; I think LSU is the much stronger overall team, and I expect them to beat UGA with a dominating 4th quarter. However, would all Ya'll Tiger fans please drop the "UGA hasn't played anybody, and "we've played 7 Top 25 teams" crap. Using LSU's logic of who is a ranked team, LSU has played 7 top 25 teams, and UGA has played 6 (Boise, MISS State, GA Tech, Florida, South Carolina, and Auburn). Yes, we lost two of those, but please recognize that UGA has played a decent schedule. Thank You.

UGA has a very good defense but they don't have a lot of size. They have some very fast, quick, and physical athletes, particularly at linebacker.

Probably the best first post I've ever seen. FWIW, UGA would beat Boise if the game was today. Glad our team isn't looking at them lightly like our fan base is. Gonna be a tough win to get. UGA played a better schedule than Bama and they'd probably have one loss to LSU with Bama's schedule and be 11-1

I know you're all new here and everything, but just so you know, you can't bring logic on to here.

Okay. Much like some of UGA's defensive studs, I might as well drop the logic and talk some smack.......since I have joined the ranks of LSU and Dawg fans whose productivity at work has screached to a grinding halt because of this game and the creative writing on these boards.

And the answer to this subject's defensive question is a resounding "Yes; UGA's defense would wipe the floor with Arky's".

Even in a UGA loss on Saturday, you guys will like the ferocity of Alec Ogletree and Sanders Cummings and their tackling ability.

I thought UGA had turned the corner was a far better team than they showed against Boise. Then they struggled against an AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL KENTUCKY team

Hard to tell with Georgia, they haven't played anyone worth a damn. They barely beat Florida, Vanderbilt, and gave up 24 points to Ole Miss.

If we ran a different offense, I think UGA would be in a lot of trouble defensively against us. I think you guys will do well early and then ware down as the game goes along. I'm guessing something like a 24 to 10 score. IF UGA gets any sort of defensive touchdown like ARKY did it could be close.

Actually, Ole Miss scored 10 points, and put up a whopping 180 yards versus 475 for the Dawgs. Ole Miss scored on a double reverse pass, after running a double-reverse on the previous play. It was lights out after that. UGA doesn't have the depth that LSU has, and they have totally rested starters in the 4th quarter of wins this year.

They gave up 5.6 yards per tote to Vandy.

No doubt, that was a crappy second half melt down for the Dawgs. Not focused and thought Vandy was the same ole joke. IF UGA shows up with the intensity they had in that game, and the Kentucky game, this Saturday will be over by half-time.

ETA: LSU should win, but I'm glad the team won't be taking UGA as lightly as most of the fans seem to be doing. IMO, they are a significantly better team than Arkansas.

So basically what you're saying is that the Tigers won't rack up 40 as quickly Saturday.

Got it.
