The old model was tremendously exploitive. It may have had it's positives, but it was ultimately an unsustainable model. Whether one can be built from the remaining pieces has yet to be seen, but we can't pretend that going back is an option.

Great to hear. I am very excited to hear stories like this. What has been missing has been hard work towards individual improvement and team goals. Sure the team wanted to complete and win but just seemed like too many did not take it to conclusion of working hard enough for it. Too many holes on offense play to make it feel like they wanted it bad enough. Many fine individuals I am sure but product on the field looked lost. I blame the coaches more than players. They let it happen. Players like your son will only make this team better.
