Is the MBB 1935 championship like an old Alabama championship

A random bs title that no one acknowledges but us.
I realized yesterday when they said Florida joined one of only four schools to have a championship in every major sport that LSU should be a part of that list. But that really only is true if you count championships before the NCAA tournament. And if no one does that then let's take down that banner.

They keep referencing the fact that the NCAA didn't start naming basketball champs until '48. I'm still trying to figure out when the NCAA started naming champs in D1A football.
