Seattle is starting Wilson in the next pre-season. I know it is just pre-season, but this is typically an important game for the first stringers.

I think it is more to see what Wilson can do with and against the 1's. He has looked great, but hard to tell if he is better playing against scrubs.

seems that way. I like most don't buy into pre-season at all but the vibe up there seems to want Russell Wilson

which I don't get. But ok

it seems that coach Pete Carroll is acknowledging that the third round draft pick from Wisconsin might give the Seahawks the best chance to win in 2012.
with statements like this you can tell the guy is just speculating and giving his "expert opinion".

I really don't care.

Flynn will get more than a fair chance in Seattle.

I don't either. I'm not a huge NFL fan, and I certainly don't watch Seattle. However, I always have the want for former LSU players to succeed in the NFL.

No worries, they are only trying to get Wilson PT in case Flynn gets injured.

You're right. They should start Wilson, since he has such a prestigious NFL career.

The NFL hardly gives high paid rookie qb's the chance to do that anymore. Sort of baptism by fire now. Not saying this will happen with RW, just that it seems to be the trend the past few years.
