Did LSU "destroy" Arizona State and Oregon State too?

Man, you live in lower Alabama, so I would think you'd be a little more understanding of the circumstances surrounding the Arizona State game, but we still pulled out the win.

The Beavers did give us a helluva game on a sloppy-arse field following a torrential downpour, but, again, we pulled out a close win.

What was the Troyboys' excuse against that powerhouse Stanford team in 2007?

03 we hit pretty hard as well. I think our special teams hitting has gone down. I can remember in 2000-2003 we were good to lay somebody out in every game.

Yeah, I remember on the 2001 Tale of Two Seasons video they were interviewing J Reed about the Auburn game, and he said (with a heavy Rayne accent) "We scored that first touchdown real quick, then on the kickoff, Michael Clayton came down and cut some dude in half, and we were like, no way we're gonna lose this game."

I definitely think 03 and 06 were our hardest hitting years that I can remember. That Arizona game in 06 was the most physically dominating performance I've seen in a long time.

Come to think of it, Zona got shite stomped by us both of those years.

I'm absolutely sensitive to what happened to the people in this region after the hurricane.

As for the Stanford excuse, I don't believe in excuses. Don't ask for one.

If you need a reason, use the same one you applied to losing to 2 mediocre teams last year:
Shoulda, woulda, coulda but didn't.
