Oh for Pete's sake. The woman hasn't even coached a game yet. Get a grip.

If Caldwell is successful at LSU and Tennessee comes calling after Pat Summit retires, I could not fault her. She is an alum there. Tennessee is the top program in the nation historically. Too good to pass up imo.

"Like any proud mom, she's excited for me,'' Caldwell said. "She's excited I'm back in the SEC."

actually if you get your facts straight her son is currently at the University of Tennessee not only playing on the guys team from the bench but also is at all womens games and practices learning the ways of his mom's teachings........so yes he is old enough to be a legit contender for the UT job in the coming years
sorry to tell you this but you need to be a little more competent with your responses instead of pulling something out of your butt and actually sound knowledgeable on the subject at hand K?

check her contract, it should be coming out soon, im sure alleva put a clause in there somewhere, if she were to go to tennessee im sure it would be a huge buyout for that one school, maybe it and Uconn...admin are smart guys, hell, look at Miles contract stipulations with michigan, it would have cost them a fortune to get him out of his contract with lsu..

True. But, these things are always negotiated down. It would be very difficult to keep a coach around that you know wants to be elsewhere simply because of a contract clause. If Les really wanted to go to Michigan they would have negotiated something and made it work.
Can you imagine if you refuse to negotiate and keep your coach who doesn't want to be here anymore? You'd end up with a guy who doesn't have your team's best interests in mind. He'd be playing upperclassmen who aren't as good as freshman, handing out the starting QB job to a guy who can barely throw for 4 TDs in 12 games, and just standing around eating grass all day.

Count on it. But first, she's got to produce a Final Four team or two. Then, if Elvira retires and calls, she'll leave us in a heartbeat

Holly Warlick will be the next coach at Tennessee.
