The ignorant are always the most vocal. In everything, not just LSU football.

I have definitely been a doubter in the past but this year was unbelievable. Miles gets all the credit for keeping the team focused and on track.

Miles has clearly earned the benefit of the doubt with the QB situation. I don't care who plays. Just win 1 more game and it's over.

This will go down as the greatest footall season ever for LSU if they win Jan 9.

Ten years ago I never once thought that Id see an undefeated national championship at LSU with my own eyes. The national championships were for the nebraskas the miamis the oklahomas of college football. I was just wanting to win an SEC championship. In 2003 it seemed like it was us against the world and we still didnt get an undisputed championship. In 2007 we won it with 2 losses. It is still deserving and was undisputed but you cant look at it the same as say Texas 2005 undefeated team. Now we are 13-0 SEC Champions and back in the dome. The superdome is the louisiana state capital for sporting events. We get to play Bama again to win what would be an undefeated championship season. Yes I am happy. I dont care if we have to get some more eligibility out of TC McCartney on the 9th if we come out with a W.

I think what LM did to JL in the SECCG was fricking humiliating and an absoltue bullshite move.

On the same token I believe JJ gives us best chance to beat alabama and I have no probelms with him starting... I just hope he realizes that his perfromacne vs uga is unacceptable and turns it around 180 degrees vs alabama.

Hell yeah!!!

I'm so happy bout 13-0, west champs, SEC champs, and BCSCG player that I'm bout to stroke out.

It's a complaining world we live in and you shouldn't expect sports to be much different...plus, this is the "Rant", you know.

Just take another look at that 2nd interception in the Alabama game. That should answer your question
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
2 bad throws (ints) = benched and humiliated (JL)
12 yards of offense in a half = ? (JJ)
Just lucky UGA defense can't catch a ball

It's because the negatigers don't know how to handle success. They just want to break it down. Some will never be satisfied and must bitch and moan about something. "Playing for the BCSNC is not good enough, we need this or we need that."

So long as we win the national championship, I'll be ecstatic.

Should we lose to Bama on January 9, I'll be despondent and enraged.

Then Lee was taken away with no clear explanation or reason.

this statement is huge.

mostly because i think there's alot of fans who feel they NEED/DESERVE an explanation from Miles.
but the reality is that MIles doesn't owe us anything and people need to get over themselves.

i find this statement from such an avid lee backer a fair one.

UGA vs LSU... revert back to 2010 LSU offense is what that was.

And LSU vs ALA was a reversion back to Jarret Lee 2008. Throwing INTs left and right and losing games for us. The incredible Alabama D had something do do with that. You can't have a quarterback who doesn't read the defense and can't make plays with his feet either play against a great D like that.I'm ok with our coaching staff making their own decision as to who should start games for us.

Its not exactly insane to wonder aloud why a QB who was 9-0 and among the nations leaders in passing efficiency was suddenly relegated to pop-up duty.

So there was nothing that occurred in that ninth game that may have been the catalyst for change?

Agree with everything you said. So let them be unhappy because truly they are just the people that are scared. Im not scared Im excited because this is the best LSU team and we are going to beat the shite out of Bama!

that's cool.. but what should you expect from the "backup" as some of you like to put it?
I mean acccording to many here JJ is better and the clear cut starter.. and he goes 5-13 for 30 in the next to last game he will ever play in.
Can you help me understand?
TIA
