How does one go from coaching in the NFL and college to being a HS football coach?

Could be that if you're not good at one... you go down a level and so forth.

Because he rather coach high school kids? Do You think he’s worried about the money or job progression?

Brad Davis has done very well as the o line coach.

Mawae may end up being great but when his former NFL head coach had him on staff and was looking for an o line coach he went find something else. Kind of shows what he thought about Mawae’s coaching ability.

Mawae's a class act, so since I've got family that teach and go to school there, I hope he crushes it!

Been odd, he’s been trying to catch on in the coaching industry and hasn’t made a ton of traction, seems to get passed over frequently for promotions. It’s usually not this hard for a guy with his resume. Pretty strange
