Only people who have never in their life seen near the success that he had in 2010/2011...

I love when Miles gets national acclaim. It sends all the little girls on this board into a tizzy.

Its amazing how much shite he gets from lsu fans and he has one of the best win % in the entire history of the sec.

Reading some of the stuff from the contract extensions, he might retire after the 2016 season, so go out with a bang Les.

By beating more ranked teams than any team in cfb history?
By beating the pac 10 and rose bowl champ?
By beating the big east and orange bowl champ?
By beating 2 different top 3 teams away from Death Valley?
By giving lsu its first undefeated regular season in over 50 years?

....and only has found 2 legitimate QBs in 10 years. Give it up for the man, Les MILEEEEEEEEESSSS!!

PUT him anywhere else and he's 8-4.........wait a sec, so are WE! But we're only here for the tailgating and sun belt blowouts

Well at least i know i can ignore anything you say about cfb now.
I never knew that developing qbs take precedent over wins and losses.
I guess thats why George Whitfield is the greatest cfb coach ever.

Never mind that he's put 3 into the NFL.

"Saban, Meyer, Jimbo, Harbaugh, Jim Mora Jr., Gus Mahlzahn, Mark Dantonio, Art Briles, Gary Patterson.....give me all these guys over Les in a heartbeat. So I'd put Les at #10. Still a solid coach."

Harbaugh, Dantonio and Briles haven't played for the national title 2 times, much less once. Patterson went 4-8 in 2013. Mora has not even won the PAC 12.

I don't see your rationale and this is coming from someone who has been critical of Les.

Im convinced that there are some lsu fans that would rather have an elite offense than a win.

If what he's trying to say is that Les hastens the development of QBs, he's not wrong. Throwing Lee, Jefferson, and Jennings out onto the field in their 2nd year removed from high school certainly accomplished that.

The next 2 seasons will write the ending of his book. If the "Buga" class doesn't win an SEC title, FAIL. Now is the time to catch auburn and bama in their own transition/junior exodus. Too much talent. No excuses.

I hope he succeeds and LSU thrives or this board will be unbearable

Some of his seasons did have people calling for his head.

Just think how unbearable this board would be if Miles' first seasons were
4 losses
3 losses
5 losses
1 loss
3 losses
Posters on this site act like Saban didnt have talent when he got here. Our 2001 team had more nfl talent than our 2013 team. That 2001 team had about 18-20 players that would eventually play in the nfl.
