I didn't agree with the pass call on 1st down but it did work and it set the Tigers up in a great position. 2nd down was a good call, the WR was open, Mett just threw a horrible pass and missed him. However, throwing on 3rd down was just ridiculous.

There is just NO WAY short of an injury that you're going to convince me that Hill not even having a rush attempt in the 4th quarter was horrible coaching...and I'm normally a huge Miles backer.

10-3 2012 moral national champions and 2012 chick fail a runner up champions

That's all the defense I need.

The 2nd down pass play, while a gamble, was clearly there. Mett missed it. Third down, I still throw to win the game...remember Bama ?

I remember, but Clemson ain't Bama and we didn't have a RB averaging 10 yards per touch against Bama.

Jeremy Hill acknowledged that the run was not doing it for LSU: "They made it tough for us by stacking eight or nine guys in the box,” said Hill of Clemson’s defense. “When you see that lineup you know it will be tough to get yards.”

His stats say otherwise - in a HUGE way.

It was soooooo tough for Hill that he averaged 10 yards a carry and had 124/2 in 3 quarters.

Correct. If they keep feeding him the tock ,LSU wins easy.

Three pass plays in a row on that drive was the correct call, they just were not executed well.
