You cannot fathom a scenario where we simply chose better QBs over him? In our infinite universe, you see no possibility where Myles simply is the 3rd best QB and lost the competition?

Myles isn’t a little leaguer. This is big boy football. We picked the best QBs.

What is wrong with just leaving Myles alone and letting him go where ge wants.
We prefer mobile QB's.

Let's get Myles back in case we don't get a mobile QB or Nuss doesn't pan out

He was 5 for 27 (18%) on 3rd down in his 2 losses. In the 4th quarter of those games, he led his team to a total of 7 points. He attempted 2 passes from the 1 yard line to win the game against Missouri and couldn't connect on either. He was bad when it mattered

3rd down % is a team stat. It’s honestly amazing and telling that some of you people don’t know this. Do you really believe that there are no running plays ever called on 3rd down… ever?

So you don't think 3rd down conversion rate is indicative at all of how the offense and the qb played? You don't think the fact that we didn't convert 1 third down the entire Missouri game reflects poorly on Myles?

I stated a fact. Whatever deflection you want to come up with to justify you being dishonest about a verifiable football statistic is not my concern. You misrepresent data pretending that you’re nailing down details when in fact you’re doing the exact opposite. To say that a RB getting stuffed on 3rd and 2 then the QB converting the 4th down is a negative against the QB is inverting reality. It’s dishonest.

Really? It sure sounds like it's your concern. All I did was list a statistic that doesn't align with your opinion - that's no fun, I know. A serviceable qb should be able to lead his team down the field on multiple sustained drives and move the chains and not go 0/10 on 3rd downs - especially against garbage teams. What's really dishonest is every single day when posters on here list Myles Brennan's passing yards and touchdowns and give absolutely no context

But that’s not what you did. What you did is the equivalent to using sack loss yardage for the team against a single running back. That’s what you did.

Look man, we can go back and forth with this all night but I don't think I'm ever going to change your opinion on Myles

Again I haven’t said anything about Brennan, you’re the one stuck on bashing and blowing players. And you continue to lie about this and you continue to ignore or deflect from the actual topic. I guess since you don’t know anything you have to talk in circles the way you do. I didn’t address you, you jumped into my conversation but you can’t have an honest or objective discussion so you’ve derailed the subject and turned into another one of your senseless “I like him so I’m right” threads. Don’t you find it odd that specifically with you all your discussions end up this way? I guess it’s everyone else’s fault.

Man, give it a rest. No QB needs defense here because none of our opinions mean shite.

Whoever the QB will be,

At the end of the day he's still at LSU, they are still competing just because daniels got most of the reps with the 1s in the first scrimmage means nothing, they are rotating just like they did in spring. Kelly and denbrock have both said they will mold the offense around the QB that understands the playbook. They've also said that they are still working on daniels footwork and accuracy and nuss has said himself that he's a gunslinger and that means he can be wreckless with the ball, saw it in the spring game, multiple times he decided to throw into tight coverage downfield instead of to a wide open reciver underneath that would have made a nice gain. Kelly and Denbrock are looking for a guy that's gonna get the ball to the playmakers and let them do what they do best.
