In 1992 I got a nice seat upgrade just by calling the ticket office.

Height of the Curley era. The conversation went like this.
Me: I'd like to see if I can move to better seats.
Guy: No problem, where do you want to move?
Me: How about the north endzone? Got anything there?
Guy: Plenty. How many do you need?
I am looking forward to making a similar phone call next summer. Like George Jefferson, I'll be movin' on up.

There aren’t gonna be any openings when joe Brady is named head coach for next season.
I’d even bet he gets Jon Gruden and Nick Saba to come down as offensive and defensive coordinators

I recall stories about getting as many student tickets as you liked during that Era because no one went to the games.
